CTW players need assistance from an audio/video wiz

Are you good at manipulating sound and images?
If so, the players at "Chasing the Wish" need your help.

Please, check out the video here. un/pw = QMS/jorma

We could use cleaned up screenshots of the papers unfolded towards the end of the video, and a complete audio check. Is there anything in the static noise? Is there a voice around 1:07, and if so, what is it saying? And, is there anything hidden in the long silence at the end?

The thread on the forums for it is here.
Any help at all would be greatly appreciated Exclamation

The sound buried in back at 1:07, i do not believe it is something intended to be isolated. Even when trying to isolate it from the background noise, it is barely identifiable, and it may not even be a human voice. When clearing out the background noise, it leaves it sounding almost like it was just something incidental in the area of the microphone when the video was made, almost like its on a nearby TV or in a nearby room, whatever it is.

However, I'll let you make your own judgements. If I had to declare it to be a hidden voice, I could only interpret it as saying "8, 8 2 2".

Clip.wav is the isolated clip, hopefully filtered enough to be meaningful.
Context.wav is the clip in the context of the sound around it, all of it treated to try and make apparant any surrounding occurences of the same "voice".
To my ear, there is no extra, just what is heard at the gap at 1:07.

Glad to help on anything audio.
