A little more info:
Quote:
MountainGirlXD: Greetings
yourliferecruit: Hello, again. May I help you?
MountainGirlXD: Is this Ms. Gaine?
yourliferecruit: Yes, ma'am.
MountainGirlXD: What philosophies to do you base your enlightenment experience on?
yourliferecruit: We believe that in order to be a happy, healthy being, you must first find your inner strength and get in touch with the spritual aspect of life.
MountainGirlXD: What can you tell me about "The Hanged Man" on your site?
yourliferecruit: The Hanged Man represents change.
MountainGirlXD: Is there meaning to the alchemical symbols surrounding the image?
yourliferecruit: I did not choose the image.
yourliferecruit: I wouldn't know.
MountainGirlXD: who chose the image?
yourliferecruit: The founder of the company's wife, Mrs. Harlows.
MountainGirlXD: Is it Dr. or Mr. Harlows, the founder of the company that is.
yourliferecruit: It is Mr.
MountainGirlXD: How long has the company been in existence?
yourliferecruit: Well, the company itself was established about one year ago, but Mr. and Mrs. Harlows have been teaching their beliefs since before anyone here can remember.
MountainGirlXD: Is the belief system called "Your Life?"
yourliferecruit: That was just a name they came up with in order to create the company, as a company must have a name, but the belief itself is nameless, for now.
MountainGirlXD: When should I expect to begin my journey?
yourliferecruit: I have not gotten word back on that yet.
MountainGirlXD: How did you become involved in the company?
yourliferecruit: My family has been friends with the Harlows my whole life. I was taught thier beliefs growing up, and when they decided to create a company, they offered me a job.
MountainGirlXD: Where are the Harlows from?
yourliferecruit: They are originally from Pennsylvania, I believe.
MountainGirlXD: Is there a specific deity related to this belief system?
yourliferecruit: This is not religious. It's based on the strengths and powers of humankind.
MountainGirlXD: Right on.
MountainGirlXD: Thanks.
yourliferecruit: You're welcome.
MountainGirlXD: One last question. What's Mr. Harlows first name?
yourliferecruit: Susanne
MountainGirlXD: Susanne is MR. Harlows first name?
yourliferecruit: Oh no, Mrs. Harlows. Mr. Harlows is Gregory.
MountainGirlXD: Thanks.

yourliferecruit: Yes, who is this?
me: My name is Kara,
me: I tried to access your website, but it was down.
me: Is there another link I should be using?
yourliferecruit: No, it should be working. You have to let the advertisments load before the page loads.
me: No, it didn't come up at all. Let me try it again.
me: Is it your-life.tk?
yourliferecruit: Yes.
me: Is it working for you?
yourliferecruit: It is working perfectly fine for me.
me: Hm. Well, what information can you give me about the company?
me: I have to go. I will be back soon.

(Got a call I had to take.)

0000000000

me: So sorry about that.
yourliferecruit: It's quite alright.
me: What does the path to 'enlightenment' involve?

(Then she signed off.)

I probably spent too much time asking about the webiste...

Ok, I'm sneaking out early - check back and see if our new friends happen to pop online this evening Very Happy

Another interaction with Ms. Gaine. This one is a bit more informative. I stress "bit":

Quote:
MountainGirlXD: Greetings
yourliferecruit: Hello.
yourliferecruit: May I help you with something? I am leaving within the hour.
MountainGirlXD: No, thanks. I was just watching for the enigmatic Mrs. Harris
yourliferecruit: Oh, you will see no more of her.
yourliferecruit: I am afraid she has been fired, so to speak.
MountainGirlXD: I'm sorry to hear that. It's always sad when one faces loss, be it from her view or yours. I guess you must find another assistant now.
yourliferecruit: Yes. One who minds her own business.
yourliferecruit: Not to be rude, of course.
MountainGirlXD: Of course.
yourliferecruit: I was wondering, what exactly did she say to you? Do you remember?
MountainGirlXD: It was code, I'm not entirely sure I deciphered it correctly
yourliferecruit: Hm.
yourliferecruit: She apparently leaked some very confidential information, or atleast attempted to. Mrs. Harlows was very unhappy, to say the least.
yourliferecruit: Although she will not speak a word of what the information was about to anyone.
MountainGirlXD: That's not being very loyal, is it now? Why would she want to do that do you think?
yourliferecruit: I really have no clue. I want to find out, but I trust her, and I don't want to end up like Mrs. Harris.
MountainGirlXD: Fired you mean?
yourliferecruit: Yes. That wouldn't be good.
MountainGirlXD: You trust her even though you suspect she betrayed you?
yourliferecruit: I never said such a thing.
yourliferecruit: I can understand that every company has confidential files and it is crucial to keep them that way.
MountainGirlXD: You just said, "i really have no clue. I want to find out, but I trust her, and I don't want to end up like Mrs. Harris." Whom are you referring to?
yourliferecruit: Mrs. Harlows. What I meant was, I'm curious, but I'm sure it's nothing big.
yourliferecruit: Just standard, boring business things.
MountainGirlXD: Has anything happened that might make you question the Harlow's intentions?
yourliferecruit: No, not at all. I just think it was a bit drastic to go through all that trouble because someone saw files they shouldn't have.
MountainGirlXD: Perhaps they're hiding something.
yourliferecruit: Well, if they are, I'm not snooping into it. That job is much easier for the ladies at reception.
yourliferecruit: You can ask them if you'd like, but I'm not risking it.
MountainGirlXD: how do I ask them?
yourliferecruit: The e-mail is on the website now, but it's your-life.receptionSPLAThotmail.com.
MountainGirlXD: Is there a way to contact Ms. Harlow? I'd like to ask her about the "Hanged Man" image.
yourliferecruit: I'm sorry, but I'd have to get back to you on that. I'm not sure if she would like me giving out her information. I will ask for you, though.
yourliferecruit: If she agrees, we'll put it on the site where the other e-mail is.
MountainGirlXD: Thank you. Perhaps you could ask her about the beginning of my journey. I'm quite intrigued. Is there any way you could give me an idea of what I might be getting into? Are there excercises, meetings...?
yourliferecruit: There will be private meetings with Mrs. Harlow, and she will tell you everything you need to know. The initiations have been put off even longer due to the hacking attempt, though.
MountainGirlXD: Hacking attempt? You mean Mrs. Harris
yourliferecruit: Yes, parts of the site were removed, and there was a bug that caused me to abruptly sign off of the internet earlier today.
yourliferecruit: We are working on it all now.
MountainGirlXD: I hope you have it up and running soon.
yourliferecruit: Thank you.
yourliferecruit: I must go now.
yourliferecruit: We are closing.
MountainGirlXD: Have a wonderful evening. Blessings Abound.
yourliferecruit: Thank you.

So Ms. Harris is now fired and it seems like Mrs. Gaine may be beginning to question the Harlows herself. We have direction to email reception, and it appears the site may be updated very soon.

It looks like an invite to email - but what exactly does one say? I'll volunteer to be the first as I have no shame Laughing

ETA: I just checked the website, and if you try to "log on" you get this:
Quote:
Our company site is currently under construction due to an apparent hacking attempt.
If you have any information please contact us at your-life.receptionSPLAThotmail.com

Ok, I'm emailing something... we'll see what happens

Here is what I sent:

Quote:
Greetings,

I'm sorry to hear of your recent loss of a friend in your work family. She was trying to contact me with some information she deemed sensitive enough to encode. I fear this action caused her demise when she was caught by you-know-who. I would very much like to know exactly what she was trying to convey. Perhaps one of you will be able to fill in the gaps she left. I have a feeling "the two" are not all they profess to be. You may contact me here. Forgive the cloak and dagger, but I don't wish anyone else to lose their position. I assure you all correspondence is private.

Blessings Abound,
MG

I've sent one too. A little less direct than yours but it's worth a go to see if we get any kind of different information when we take a different tact.

EDIT: Got a reply:

Quote:
Hello Joe.
Thank you for your concern, but everything is perfectly fine. The problem is
being worked on now and everything will be working smoothly shortly.

-Ms. Tills
YLF Reception

Although apparently, according to gmail the email is from someone called 'Cristina Simon'. Not sure if that's relevant or just bad PMing?

I got a similar email recently, having shot off a quick email during a brief period of access to a computer during my trip. Here's the response:

Quote:
Hello, Jerry.
I understand your concern, but I assure that Mrs. Harris was a very
unstable
woman. There is nothing to worry about. Anything you heard was probably
a
non-sensical rambling, the kind which she's prone to. The proper steps
have
been taken to help her. She will not trouble you anymore.

-Ms. Wilmont
YLF Reception

And Yahoo also says the email is from Cristina Simon. I'm chatting with Ms. Gaines now, and intend to mention the discrepency between the signature and the email identification and see what her response is. I'll edit it into the post once the conversation is finished.

EDIT: Here's the conversation:

Quote:
[16:38] SamRey56: Ms. Gaines?
[16:39] yourliferecruit: Yes>
[16:40] yourliferecruit: Please hold for a brief moment.
[16:41] SamRey56: Ok.
[16:43] yourliferecruit: Thank you.
[16:43] SamRey56: It's no problem.
[16:43] SamRey56: Hi. This is Jerry, we've spoken before. I heard about the loss of Mrs. Harris and wanted to offer my condolences, even if she did seem a bit...well, unreliable as a secretary. Also I wanted to assure you that her "antics" have done no damage to the YLF's reputation in my eyes, and from what I understand, hasn't done much damage in anyone else's eyes either.
[16:44] yourliferecruit: Thank you very much, Jerry. From what I have overheard around the office, Mrs. Harris had a history of this sort of thing. Apparently, she was a very unstable woman.
[16:45] SamRey56: Ah, I see. That would explain why she chose to attempt to harm her own employer. No matter how you look at it, doing that seems a bit...illogical, at best.
[16:46] yourliferecruit: Indeed so.
[16:49] SamRey56: I emailed reception with a question about the website, and I also mentioned Mrs. Harris, and a Ms. Wilmont got back to me, explaining that very same thing. I was glad to hear that she's getting help, and hopefully she'll eventually be able to walk away from this with a better grasp on things.
[16:50] yourliferecruit: Yes, Mrs. Harlows is a very nice person to help her out with this.
[16:50] SamRey56: She certainly is. I don't know many employers that would go to such lengths to tend to their employees.
[16:51] SamRey56: Also, is there anyone at reception named Cristina Simon? There seemed to be a strange discrepency in the reply I received from reception. While the letter was signed by Ms. Wilmont, the sender was identified in the header as Cristina Simon.
[16:52] yourliferecruit: The e-mail is shared by all the receptionists. Ms. Simon oversees the others, but not much contact is made between her and clients.
[16:54] SamRey56: Ah, okay. Thank you for explaining that, it was a bit confusing to someone not familiar with the inner workings of the YLF.
[16:54] yourliferecruit: You're quite welcome.
[16:56] SamRey56: Was Mrs. Harris always unstable? I suppose trying to make sense of her behavior is pointless, but it does seem odd that her strange ramblings turned toward the YLF all of a sudden.
[16:57] yourliferecruit: I'm not sure. You would have to contact Mrs. Harlows or reception. I do not have access to those types of files. It was something I overheard.
[17:00] SamRey56: Ah, okay. I'll do that. I appreciate your help, Ms. Gaines. I guess my only other question is about the availability of interviews for beginning a journey. I don't mean to be a pest or sound impatient, but I'm very intrigued by what the YLF has to offer.
[17:01] yourliferecruit: As soon as we work out the troubles Mrs. Harris caused, we will begin booking appointments.
[17:01] SamRey56: Ah, that's great news! I'm glad to hear it. I hope you can get the troubles she caused worked out soon, for everyone's sake.
[17:02] yourliferecruit: Thank you very much.
