Trade meet Leeds Hi
new to posting but not to perplex city, we play and live in Leeds and we sometimes sell comics, cards and stuff at the golden orbit sci fi fair see link
http://www.goldenorbit.co.uk/Frames2.htm
And we wondered if any other yorkshire or local perplex city players would fancy a trip to the fair to swap some cards. You will be able to spot us because our pet dalek will be begging fellow perplex city fans to visit us. The fair is on the 9th of september at the brunswick building of leeds met starting at twelve.

Count me in.
Really enjoyed the last Leeds Swap meet that Anansi organised and the 2 Manchester ones, so will definitely make the effort to come down from the North East for it.

I'll be there, but unfortunately I've got to work until 1pm so won't make it till about 2ish.
Does it cost anything to get into the fair?
For those of us travelling a distance:
(a) where do we park?
(b) is there a postcode for SatNavs etc?
Looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday

To add to the questions:
how do you get to it from the train station?
Anyone else getting the train?

Cost of fair about £2 but don't hold us to it because we never pay to go in.
Parking is available at the merrion centre or there is a NCP car park about 5 minutes walk away opposite the drdock pub (pub inside a boat).
From the train station you need to go up Albion street, the brunswick building is behind the merrion centre as you are heading out of town. If you check out the golden orbit website there is a map available, and that has parking info on to.
Hope that helps

I will also be getting the train with a few friends (who don't really want to come, but they don't have a choice ) And need to know directions too!
Maybe we could meet?

I take it from your lack of reply that you have been told not to meet up with men that talk to you in chatrooms...

Sorry Cabbage, but as you said in another thread, work's been hectic and reading time, including forums, has been seriously reduced.
[Had to stop typing there as my HOD was looking over my shoulder, ooops!]
Unfortunately as I'm going from work I can't guarantee what time I'll get away, and also I will be a fair way South of you already.
I hope you manage to get there (I hope I manage to get there!) and hopefully if we both do I'll see you then.
