[META] Letter from the Lost Ninja (BIG PICTURE ALERT)

While picking up my Apollo Bars, I managed to take a picture of the Letter sent to the Aussie comic book shops that the Lost Ninja contacted while the guy at the counter wasn't looking:

Many thanks for agreeing to be involved in The LOST Experience.

The LOST Experience is an interactive, multiplatform game, which began in early May. The experience echoes the story of the TV show, which follows a group of people whose airplane crashes on an enchanted island full of supernatural mysteries and threats.

The game, of a genre called alternate-reality games, is a multimedia treasure hunt that makes use of e-mail messages, phone calls, commercials and web sites.

The next phase os the LOST Experience revolves around Apollo Bars. Throughout Australia, the US and the UK Apollo bars are being handed out. The bars lead people to www.whereisalvar.com where the hunt for "Golden oracle" Bars begin and there is a message that once enough of the world is watching, further instructions will be given......

We're asking Australian LOST fans to get involved and take photographic proof they've revieved the truth and to add their face to www.whereisalvar.com.

As mentioned on the telephone we will mention your store on the LOST Ninja's Blog located at www.yahoo7.com.au/LOST over the next week or so.

When fans come into the store, they will ask "What did one snowman say to the other?" Asking this will earn them a bar! By the way, the correct answer is "Smells like carrots".

So expect some people coming in asking for Apollo Bars. otherwise feel free to hand them out to your customers.

dude, that's NOT cool. at least blot out the personal info. if he wants to reveal his personal e-mail addy when this is all over, he will.
