Although there is a Louis. Just not the Louis you refer to, and he's not the guy in the picture. That leaves only 18 Louis' to choose from.

 		It is in fact, the Truman Show. One of my favourite movies! Very Happy
I also found this pic., but thought these guys were more memorable.
