I sent Sam an email Saturday night after the message on page 10 was found. Sam just replied.

Thank you for the warm welcome Heather. All is indeed not what it
seems, and you need to be careful and discreet with whom and how you
tell about my return. I had hoped for a welcoming from J.D. Willingham
when, after learning what was going on in Aglaura, I made the decision
to come back to help, but understandably he didn't handle it too well.
I realize that not everyone is going to believe I'm alive, but you
must tell those you trust.

I took the creation of the comic book as a sign that Dale was
beginning to remember what happened before, too. And yes, Wishes can
be very dangerous things.

 		I don't think he's Wes. Or at least he's only pretending to be.
While it's true he has knowledge of before and has some knowledge of what's happening now, so far he hasn't given me that warm-n-fuzzy. He didn't even recognize the description of the DEG's. Along with that, so far I believe he hasn't given any info that can't be found on various blogs or websites easily.

Those items in my video, they were given to me by a friend, possibly
running from some, er... aquaintances of yours. I know they may not
be exactly good friends of yours, but I'm sure you know of the problems
with their eyes. They may be hanging around your old pal Dale as well,
though Bruce doesn't seem to notice them. Their dead eyes may not phase
him, possibly due to his own drug problems from the past?
