Probably an ignorant thought but: Is there any chance that it's just a grainy recording of Helter Skelter?

possible songs going with the "you've got to find" sample we've got that sounds mostly like a woman singing aside from "Pray For The Band LaToya" by Juliette and The Licks there's also
http://www.lyricscrawler.com/song/18294.html
Luscious Jackson - Find Your Mind

Destiny's Child - Emotion (added only for the star reference)
I'll add more as I find em :]

reversed I tried using audacity to reverse and amplify the first 2/3rds. I think you can make out the song a bit better.

I'm not an audio expert, I barely even make amature status, so i'm sorry it's a bit sloppy, but the more i amplified that first part the more I thought I could make out the song.
Hope it helps.

It's lyrics from a song. It sounds alot like the lyrics you hear in the message (reversed), but I've never heard the song so I don't know for sure.

OK - I have a different idea - First, I don't think it's reversed, just garbled, second she clearly says "find me" at the end - Maybe the sound is background sound of where she is??

it makes more sense that way, to be honest. Find me, and then the reversed music.

okay here's one with the music backwards and the voice forwards. The first part of the "song" is amplified even a little more.
