Prophecy of Realicity

Just got this email:

From: Prophet Reality
Subject: you are "skeptik"
Message:
But soon you will not be.

For i am the Prophet of Reality, able to sense waiverings in the fabric of Reality, and why it is happening..

But the question i must ask you is this..

ARE YOU READY FOR TRUTH?

-----
Prophet of Reality.

Prophecy of Realicity.

Anyone else get this?

No. However, I am ready for my close-up, Mr. Demille.

THE TRUTH, YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH.

I did a quick search for Prophecy of Realicity (which turned up nothing) and Prophet of Reality (which turned up this)

Dunno if it's related

Yes. Because REALIVILLAGE, REALITOWN, or REALIHAMLET just doesn't have the same ring to it.

I personally think Realitown is rather nice. Anyways, Perhaps it is just a failed conjugation of reality, and not a combination of two words. *shrugs* Perhaps I give too much credit.

I'm very disappointed in all your responses. Frankly, you'd think a community which prides itself in being open and welcoming to newcomers would be more supportive of new PM initiatives.

This endeavour is nothing to smirk at. It took someone a lot of time and energy to plan the Realicty, and I can personally vouch for the accuracy of the underlying foundation of this prospective game.

I am not a stranger to distortions in the fabric of reality. My parents tell me that when I was younger, I was, in fact, able to sense waiverings in the very fabric of the cloth that binds our mortal existence.

Unfortunately, my skills have whithered throughout the years due to diluted thoughts. My personal advice to any new prophets is NOT to steal your mother's VS catalog. Do not throw away this beautiful ability to sense the threads of humanity for a chance to glare a couple of C cups. Be strong, fight those skeptiks, and hold on until they are ready for the truth.

This looks interesting. I'm personally going to follow along, and would like to go on the record saying that I AM READY FOR THE TRUTH. I've been waiting for a good ARG for a while now, so bring it on!

Erm, well...

I suppose I equate a modicum of subtletly with how well a/n {ARG/story/game} will turn out. I did not mean to scare off any prospective PM's or their ARG's, by any means. If it came across as such, I am sorry for it.

Re: Erm, well...

I received this this morning (between the lines):
____________________________________________________

SUBJECT: You are sceptical
From: Prophet Reality <profitreality@googlemail.com> to me 3:02 am

Life is a Mystery to you.

But i, the great Prophet of Reality can help part the swaying mists, and make you see the light of day.

But, there is a question that needs to be asked.

ARE YOU READY?

----
The Prophet of Reality
A grain of nice rice
A penny a pound for you
Missing Letters Here.

GAHHAHAHAHHAHAHEHHOOOOOOO!!! You, sir or madam, are my hero for having quoted Wayne's World. Well maybe reply that you're ready? Don't know if you already have or if you're comfortable doing so, I just think it seems like the best way to make things progress besides figuring out what those "missing letters" are. Maybe if you don't want to do that someone else on the board would be willing.
Well anywho, I'll probably be hanging around watching this one, along with some of the others on the news and rumors board, so I may pop in with my 2 cents every now and again.

You may call me "sir". You'll find that I have no sense of humor of my own, so I borrow from movies/tv/books whenever possible.

As for emailing back, I thought about doing so, but wanted to see if anyone who could actually SOLVE a puzzle now and then might take a crack at it. I suppose if no one does so in the next two hours or so, I'll let the Prophet know I"m ready.

Re: Erm, well...

WHEW! Now that we're back, I received a reply from the Prophet after saying I was "ready"... but without having solved the puzzle.

I thought it meant there were letters missing from the haiku.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
B JK Q VWX Z -- those letters aren't used.
From what address did he mean?

Yeah I'd thought that too, but the address thing threw me off.

Maybe he just means his last "address" to me meaning "last email"?
