Play JaneMcG's game (and others) in New York Sept. 22-24 Read all about it here:
http://www.comeoutandplay.org/about.php
This should be a great event for all players of pervasive games and a perfect chance for us all to get together. Maybe we can sneak in some Tombstone Poker while we are at it.
More information to follow.

I am planning on going to NYC for this weekend, ostensibly to cover the event for ARGN. In reality, I just really wanna hang out with rose, bags and the other New Yorkers I met during graveyard games. (OK, OK, I'll write an article too, don't worry!)
Who's in??!!

I wanna come out and play!
I tried so hard to make it so that I could leave for Amsterdam via NYC. Unfortunately, I'd have to fly out late Saturday afternoon which meant that I'd miss lots of good stuff - including Jane & Ian's game. It just wasn't worth the extra flight/city for the one night
I'm crazy jealous so be sure to rub my nose in all your fun - I want to hear all about everything!

Well, I dunno if I'll be able to make it, but I'll sure as heck try!

Looking into hotel options--if anyone is thinking about coming, but worried about price/accomodations, etc. speak up. We can always share!

hotels I checked a few places that I know are good and not too expensive but so far they have all been sold out for that weekend. I think that may be due to the Jewish Holidays - though not sure. I have one more place to check today.
I asked bagsbee to check with JoeB to see if he is around.
Also - the schedule and registration links are up. Check
www.comeoutandplay.org
for details.
I think everyone should at least plan on going to eyebeam (which is a real word) on Friday for the reception.
More information tomorrow.
PS. Sorry I haven't been in chat -that should change by Friday when I finish a major project. But if anyone wants to reach me they can PM me here.

Gupfee made it here. Jane McG is here as well and we saw her for a bit at the opening party. We had a great time on Friday night. I think Gupfee will cover the whole weekend in an upcoming ARGN article. Stay tuned.

FWIW, jane is also posting updates on her blog - 110 teams signed up, that's going to be 220 people roaming the streets should be very amusing.
