for being in town. they set up a phone number just for "any info" and we know keith was on his way over there, and got out again. he hasn't said anything about megs, but he certainly wasn't abducted himself. It seems to me like the PM team is setting up a cross road, do we report keith and what will that lead to. Will reporting keith serve the opposite purpose and get keith killed, since marzent has such a strong influence do they "own" dobbs and therefore perhaps they set up the number to catch him themselves?
