The whois for that website says it was created in 2001 and the registered name is:

Not sure if that's ingame.

 		Hard to imagine that with the opening message including TP's phrase World Peace that this isn't a box we're supposed to open. Methinks (though I haven't hit the right combo) this suggests Phoenix as either the UN or PW to enter -- anyone think of something to logically pair with it?
