Well, I no longer live in Houston, but mycroftxxx pointed me here, so I'll see what I can add.

I can't quite make out the three words in blue above "BAPTIST CHURCH" on the church picture, but the plaque behind that appears to read "MOUNT _____ MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH". The cross which separates the two sets of double doors and the windows above appears to be made of stained glass, which should make it easy to identify. However, I've googled around for Missionary Baptist churches in Houston and none of Mt. Corinth, Mt. Sinai, Mt. Pilgrim seem to fit the image. I couldn't find pictures for Mount Tabor, Mount Olive or Greater Mount Pleasant (which all have "Missionary" in their name) or Mount Ararat, Mount Carmel, Mount Gilead, Mount Houston, Mount Moriah, Mount Pisgah or Mount Zion (which don't, but are all Baptist churches).

It also appears to say that a Rev. Tim Glyn spoke on 9/24/06 at 2:30 pm, but I can't find anything on Google with that spelling. However, there's a Pastor Tim Glynn who's apparently affiliated with some church up in Ft. Worth; back in August, someone named Delores French on AOL Cityguide for Dallas/Ft. Worth was looking for him. Drop her an email perhaps, find out what church he's with, and find out where he was speaking last Sunday...?

Hey, I'm gonna stick it out, though mostly I'll just be lurking unless I really know for sure I can contribute (since I feel bad about the false lead, cafes look pretty much alike after a while, you know?)

Although I will add these little observations, just to refresh everyone's minds. Cocos is an asian cafe (our doctor likes asian food, I see) ...I get it now. For anyone looking at the photo of the door, there is a phone number, the phone number is a dead end, it does not exist in Houston (I checked several places). The WEBB on the tombstone, when googled, turns up Webb County, TX (no relevance?)....actually, now that I look at it, it almost looks like the above letters and the below ones spell out Roy Webb (lol, don't they look like it?). The church in the photo is Baptist (this sign date appears to be 9/24/06?)

Oh! You already got that. Ok, well I'm going to look more into Mount Tabor, because the little sketch on their site looked interesting...

And when "Rainbows" is mentioned, is that any connection to the young Masonic "rainbow girls"? I only ask because I was one, and that popped into my head when I heard it.

That is exactly what I was thinking - when I was chatting with him last night, I told him we knew where he was. He was emphatic that I not even say it "outloud", so I didn't mention it again. There has to be a way to bring them out of the shadows. Again, my feeling is that we have everything we need - we're just overlooking it somehow.

The church is Mt. Horeb Baptist Church the picture has 118 as the address. Also it is near the texas junk company.

The maroon house in the last frame of the newest video has an address of 508. The wood pole before that looks like it says 544 on it.

Ok, just chatted with the Dr. for quite a while... I will say that I will miss our witty banter when he is gone. But it's pretty long, so here's a summary:

OK - on the skyline thing I believe(through very rough google earth manipulation) that the skyline photo was taken from the Hilton Houston Plaza - next to the med centre so it makes sense. The doctor was probably staying there temporarily.

The skull house is probably a product of Art League Houston. The only place I can find a representation of the house is on this guy's running blog:

According to whois he lives on Bomar Street which would put the house in a similar geographical area to places already documented.

Also, the Art League have a place on Montrose Boulevard which is again in a similar area.

...any Houstonians feel like taking a walk when they have some free time?

That's all I have so far but I don't see how we are going to get any closer to discovering who the shady AV are without a few more clues from the doc. Do we now definitely have all the information that he has received from AV?

EDIT: NVM about the AV stuff - I have lousy timing as far as starting to write my post while Angba finishes his.
