New Websites

I've been keeping tabs on new PXC sites popping up, and two just hit my radar:

http://www.perplexcityboardgame.com/
http://www.perplexcitytheboardgame.com/

Right now they're just parked...

(I know, they have nothing to do with finding the Cube, but they are PXC, and someone may be curious. Plus, they flagged my watch filters.)

hi Smile Not sure if you know this, but using domain lookups etc to find parked or upcoming websites is generally not considered to be within the realm of fair play -- it may ruin some upcoming puzzles or storyline bits that were originally designed to lead us to those future websites.

Could you thus use spoiler tags around them, please? Thanks Smile Not everyone wants to peek behind the curtain quite so far...

And also they shouldn't be called new in game websites until we know they are, they could be OOG MC sites or not even MC owned sites for all we know.

Spoilers applied, sorry about that. And as far as the domain tool goes, I just assumed that if people routinely reverse-engineer flash files, examine a page's source code, and try to 'hack' library servers, that a publicly available tool would not be frowned upon. I shall not post any new findings.

I agree -- isn't that kind of the point of discovery? All's fair in love and ARG. Smile (except brute force, because that's different)

I hope that isn't the case. Sad

Those questions seem strangely reminiscent of the ones used at the London wave 4 launch quiz... Maybe I can finally work out the answer to that black/white question...

Yeah I know, I just didn't think they'd really show a picture of Season 2 cards (If that's what they'll be) on the site..

Well they don't appear to be Season1 cards, and the question card they show on the page looks quite different, so I'm with Soulsproximity1 on this one.

This game is going to be great. Anyone else think they're gonna use this at next year's PCAG? Very Happy
