Well, I was on the right track, at least. Just should've said out of the country instead of state, lol. Works for me. So we should all just tell them we've heard from Mrs. Harris, that she's left the country. We probably shouldn't get too detailed with the lie. The more details we add, the more chance we could say something to give us away. Plus, if the lie were true, Mrs. Harris wouldn't have given us details. So it makes more sense just to say, "She's out of the country." Personally, I'm not even going to specify where she went. If I absolutely have to, I'll say she went to Iraq, since it would take longer for them to find out if it's true given the whole war and all.

Seems like a good idea. We could also employ the bulls**t baffles brains policy of everyone making up their own wild story of where Mrs Harris has gone off to, it would take forever to check out the various stories.

The only problem I see with that is that they know we share information. So if one of us received word from Mrs. Harris, they would assume the rest of us have seen the information as well. So everyone making up their own stories about it could end up backfiring on us.
That said, if we do go with that method, I call dibs on Iraq. >.>

I agree, I can see the problems it would cause us now. Dammit, I was going to say she had gone off to compete in the Worlds Strongest Woman competition.

I suspect they are already aware we are sharing information. We occasionaly indicate we have heard of "this event" or "that person." They'd have to be pretty dumb to not get the idea that we are sharing information.

...Ooookay, has Mrs. Harris suddenly developed split personalities? Or is the missing Ms. Gaine with her? She kidnapped Ms. Gaine, I'll bet. Go Mrs. Harris!

This seems very, very interesting. I'll be sure to investigate this when I get home from school. Blocks and the like are preventing this, among the lack of no AIM and no email.
Edit: And it's good to see Joe and the Prof again. Been a while, guys.

hey I'm new here, and I emailed back YLF. Haven't gotten a confirmation on my membership yet, but already I'm into the game!
Here's what I got in the description of THE HANGED MAN:
* Sacrifice ----- Letting go ----- Surrending ----- Passivity
* Suspension ----- Acceptance ----- Renounce ----- Patience
* New point of view ----- Contemplation ----- Inner harmony
* Conformism ----- Nonaction ----- Waiting ----- Giving up
Receiving the hanged man should be a warning to look out for excessive independence at the expense of a person's own well being.
The most common interpretation of the card is of an outcast of society that appears to be a fool but is actually in complete alignment. The upside downness of the hanged man gives him an advantage that outsiders are unable to see or understand.
It is a card of profound but veiled significance. Its symbolism points to divinity, linking it to the death of Christ in Christianity and the stories of Osiris (Egyptian mythology) and Mithras (Roman mythology). In all of these stories, the destruction of self brings life to humanity; on the card, these are symbolized respectively by the hanged man and the living tree from which he swings. Its relationship to the other cards usually involves personal loss for a greater gain.
Usually, most decks display a halo around his head, and he is most often symbolizing Saint Peter, who was crucified upside down.
Hope this helps shed some light on the plot!

Either they are working on getting all thier sh** together or...
.... it's another crash n' burn.
I try to IM them at early hours, late hours and ungodly hours.
Still nothing.
I already have my doubts about them, honestly.
