 		So, looks like the first counter has timed out, revealing a tiny diamond which says this when you put your mouse over it.

Dont want to cry 'HALO3omg!!!11' on this one, but 'purification' sounds a little like the covenant, and the symbol up the top is fairly typical of your standard obscure alien writing. Of course, it could be something completely different, we'll just have to wait and see.

 		Wow, that's pretty exciting. The message about the cats is probably to taosbat on the metafilter thread. She's always writing about them.

ETA: Is anyone paying attention to this here, or just playing along over at the metafilter thread?
