 		[UPDATE][PUZZLE] New Development from Frank's blog
Well ladies and gentlemen. Frank killed himself last night. He stayed at a hotel of some sort and his wife made the latest post on his blog. She mentioned that there will be no memorial service and he won't be buried. His ashes will be spread on the east fork trail in the San Gabriel Mountains. East fork, eh? Hmm...

If you go into his "private thoughts" journal, there's one post titled "It might as well hurt" and left us with one last clue.

The code is a possible caesar cipher. Maybe something harder, I'm a bit pressed for time so I'm not gonna bother.
