good call, i think it's worth mentioning that you guys don't need to be afraid of the edit button. It's that button on the bottom of your post that says "edit." For instance, if you want to add something new to your post and no one has posted after you, you can edit your message to add the new information into your post.

Or if you've included a link that doesn't work, and you later fix it, you can add something at the bottom of your corrected post that says something like

Hey, is anyone in a timezone where it's counted down?

I'm in SYdney, Australia (GMT +10) and It's 9:47 with "000.2.13.30.00" (2h 13m) to go

Soo... Does it do it my clientside time?
If so, I may change to GMT +12 and see the result in 13 Minutes rather than 2 hours. Does anyone have anything to say about this? IS it in your timezone?

EDIT: Did Exactly that, and got to a little box where it has the following written

I ran it through a hex decoder and got back the text

"we are not easiny fooned"

I Didn't type it wrong, but I assume the REAL message was

"We are not Easily Fooled"

Possibly because I changed my timezone to see the answer

I think YshkLanti is telling us that no matter what time we see, the event will kick off midnight PST....

AWW Crap, I figured out the TImezones wrong

PST is GMT-7, not +10 (Doh, COnfusing STuff)

Appears that in PST, it's only 7:05 AM on October 12th

So is PST the same as Eastern Standard Time US? I ask because thats my time zone, but the counter is counting down to exactly midnight for me.

heh..I slept over 17 hours yesterday off and on....I've been under the weather...

Just got through the back posts. I like how this one's shaping up, and since somehow AV just didn't grab me and it looks like Yourlife is one some sort of unannounced mini-hiatus, I think I'll pop in. I'm in good ol' sunny SoCal, so I believe that the timer is counting down in my time zone. Little over 12 hours left over here. I'm ripe with anticipation, I is. Well, guess there's little to do for the next 12 hours but get my work done so I can give The End all of my undivided attention come Friday.
