SOLVED! Way to go #unfiction
I broke this up so that you can get as much or as little help as you please.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The word search is a grid (A-Z across and down). The pairs in the source are coordinates. Putting them all together you will get the following quote:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The way to read a fairy tale is to throw yourself in
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
A quick google lets you know that it was by W.H. Auden. The next page is:

Level three... It's weird, but I found it....
Try googling cat and ion and see what you get.....I can't exactly tell you how I found the theory other than that, but it is there. Once you find the scientist's name, use it in the HTML as you did before:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
on the TV, there's a 47
on the calendar in the bus station, there's a 13
on the letter from the post office there's a 52
if you punch in 471352 you'll get to a book
i'm stuck at that point

Level FOUR I got the code to work with only four numbers.....hmmmmmmm.
Anyway, the whole book is a quote of a story of L. Frank Baum. Baum didn't work as an html page, so I am stuck with ya!
