This email from Peeps tells us about White Rose protocol.
"If we are able to have a white rose meeting again and the Sammeeeee is not confirmed or late, contact the Tall Man immediately. He can get word to the white rose to abort the mission. "

So, randomeis, if for any reason, you're running late or can't make it; the Tall Man needs to be notified. A White Rose life may be on the line. Shocked

 		If I am going to be later for any reason it would be enroute to the meeting... so I would have to have cell contact w/ one of you and have you email him by proxy.

 		The Meet
- what was said and what happened
From Randomeis' memory, as reported over the cell phone while they were traveling home:

The three (Randomeis, Laura - his housemate, and Fubar) took a subway train and city bus over an hour & a half to get there.
Email was sent to Tall Man around 6:30p that they were going to be late.

Shortly after 7:00p crossed the street (took some pictures to be posted later) and went up to a single man (wearing a grey suit, not black pants).
R said "If I had 2 m's, how many e's would you give me?"
T replied "More than 2". Then asked "Are you Joe?"
R answered in the affirmative.
T asked "Who are they?".
R introduced them "Laura, she's my housemate. She's a Sammeeeee & doesn't know it. This is Fubar who is also a Sammeeeee".
T asked "Can you vouch for them?" and R said "Yes".
T accused R "You're late".
R apologized "Well, you know LA public transportation".
T said "You endanger people's lives by being late".

Now R & group motioned T towards the light so we can see them on the webcam. Once they were in position, T handed them 2 packages and said "All will be answered within".
R tried to ask about the names of the White Roses and if the graveyard would be safe but all T would say was "All will be answered within."

At this point a woman with probably red hair walked toward them, ignored the Sammeeeees and said to T "Timothy, it's dangerous, we must leave". They walked across the street and disappeared into the night.
No white vans in evidence.
