Probably a reaction to the thread claiming the Metacortechs screensaver was distributing a virus.

Could also be telling people not to try and hack or brute force any of the game sites.

All I see is "Oct. 9". I remember them updating "terms of use" around that time, after somebody bruted their login and found one possible combination. Which one is the new one?
