I don't think it necessarily states that the maker of the video works at Bungie... at best, I just saw it as someone who thinks they could 'inspire' more people to try to 'decode' what he thinks he's seen in the trailer. And I do agree that while there are some interesting elements in the trailer that lend themselves to Bungie's reputation for the mysterious, it's definitely not solid ARG material, let alone officially from the makers of ILB (that is, 4orty2wo, Bungie, or Microsoft).
That said, it did inspire me to spend a little time digging through the frames of Cortana's in the trailer for myself. That's always fun when you're rewarded with the mysterious

Well, here's his reply... I don't play Halo nor did I play ILB, so I don't know if this is a new quote or not.
Quote:
"Man with all his noble qualities, with sympathy which feels for the most
debased, with benevolence which extends not only to other men but to the
humblest living creature, with his god-like intellect which has penetrated
into the movements and constitution of the solar system- with all these
exalted powers- Man still bears in his bodily frame the indelible stamp of
his lowly origin."

Appears to be from Charles Darwin. Something relating to evolution?

yep, the quote's from Darwin. Didn't get a chance to google it before I posted it here. It's from his book THE DESCENT OF MAN... which goes nicely with THIS IS HOW THE WORLD ENDS.
By the way, THIS IS HOW THE WORLD ENDS is a TS Eliot quote. Here's the whole thing:
Between the desire, And the spasm
Between the potency, And the existence
Between the essence, And the descent
Falls the Shadow
For Thine is the Kingdom
For Thine is, Life is, For Thine is the
This is the way the world ends
This is the way the world ends
This is the way the world ends
Not with a bang but a whimper.

New Emails seven, in fact OK, I'm not happy... I've been spammed.
I got seven emails from Charles. All the same thing.

the peculiar position of being a science founded on an improved theory, is
it then a science or faith?"
I'm out... and if he doesn't stop spamming me he's gonna have a problem...[/quote]
