I moved this here from News and Rumors. To answer your question: I hear that Deus City is an interesting one (and it just went live a few days ago, apparently), so you may want to check that out here. Also, the top 5 or so threads in News and Rumors are all on ARGs that are just starting - just browse through those, and I'm sure you'll be able to pick something. Good luck!
