[NEW Character] Detective Fielding

I think Detective Fielding will be important in the next few days (weeks?) so I wanted to start a thread devoted to him and, more importantly, offer some advice.

Sylvia and I agreed that I should act as the team's legal counsel. As such, I would advise the team not to talk to the police. If they contact you, refer them to your attorney (me). Of course, you are free to speak with the police if you choose, however, you do so at your own risk.

I would advise this no matter what the situation. I do not believe the circumstances of this case warrant special caution in this respect, this is advice I would give to everyone, in any matters you may have with law enforcement. However, the mere fact that we do not have enough information regarding Hank or his research opens many avenues though which the police may place suspicion on our group. I will not claim to speak as the representative of the group unless specifically asked to do so. If you choose to refer the police to me, I will consult with you before responding to the police.

Above all, if you are questioned, exercise your right to remain silent, and more importantly, ASK FOR A LAWYER. You must do so unequivocally and clearly. Only by doing so, can you protect yourself.
