I'm sorry but does someone have these "drowning guy" pictures where I may view them? Or a link to where they were posted? I can't get past the opening password queue on the aquapolis page
I was actually quite surprised when I couldn't find them on Brian's netninja page as he has almost everything else. Nice documentation indeed despite that.
They are there:

They are the 4 penultimate jpgs.

Well, now I feel stupid. Sorry bout that. In my rush to catch up here from yesterday I got a little careless apparently.
May I never doubt netninja again. I should've known I was overlooking them.
Though, now that I have seen the "drowning man" pictures, I don't think I like them... kinda creepy.

Don't worry, there are a lot of resources there, and it can be a bit problematic tracking what you want down.
But creepy is right!

They are indeed on his site: http://metacortechs.netninja.com/incidentlogs/
The actual picture themselves are:

It's probably just a random site.

It's definitely not part of the game, if that's what you mean.

One more thing... The drowning man pics creep me out enough, but it is even creepier to see that he tried four times to override the seal on the main bulkhead in the delta module. The last time he tried to do so was at 10:26:13. Then, 12 seconds later (at 10:26:25), we see him dead and floating in the last pic. I am really wondering why the delos level is having so much trouble. I tend to believe that this was some sort of setup to kill this man. For what reason, I do not know (Maybe Ormond wanted him dead, and ordered the bulkhead sealed, although that is pure speculation). But I am not sure that I believe that one person accidentally got trapped inside the delta module with the BRAND NEW security system locking him in. With SafeSys being so highly proclaimed as safe, why did it allow the man to drown?
I totally agree that this man was killed for a reason....what did he know that he wasnt supposed to and who might he have been crossing?

Also, with the drowning man pics, I was wondering what the "D-33" means where it says "D-33/DELOS" in the bottom left-hand side. At first, I thought that it might mean something like section 33 in the delta module on delos level. But the sections recorded as being breached in the incident logs are sections 0041-0045.
"D" probably means "Delta" - we know that the incident is happening in the Delta module. "33" and "031" probably identify the security cam itself (that kind of id would also tell you the exact location of what is being filmed).
As far as 004x and 231x being sections of the level... that is definitely possible. Personally, I think those have to identify types of breach and/or more specific location, but who knows...
As far as the drowning dude - it remains unclear if he was murdered (i.e. intentionally let drown) or if there was a safety issue, and he could not be let into the guest module, as that would have flooded it as well.

If we are meant to break in (which would be a stretch since it is supposed to be a secure system, but possible since this is a game...
I have no doubt whatsoever that we are meant to break in. When we are not meant to break in, the login is "private' - this one is "safesys". Of course, this is supposed to be a secure system - so was the main site the first time, and metacortechs, and underscore, etc. We are encouraged to hack here; that is, after all, what the game is about. To me, the fact that it is pw-protected NOW means either of 2 things:
- they are getting ready to update the logs, that's why there are no apparent clues as to the login yet
- they already updated the logs, but either: we are missing the clue; they have not incorporated the clues yet
For everybody new to the discussion, or just in need of a refresher, here are the previous threads:
first incident logs
second incident logs
updated logs

I am fairly certain that the three pics that say D-33 are either not from the same camera, or they have been edited by some person before being posted. If you look at the pics, all three of them are different sizes. Also, it is plainly visible that if the pics were taken from approximately the same location (I suppose it is possible that a person could have been taking those pics), the zoom level and angle of the camera has changed.

The pictures are of TV/Monitor thingies, because of the fluorescent lights visible on top of the guy.

I have already mentioned this in the webcam thread, but it might be significant in finding the password. In the flash webcam, if you click play, you get a black back-ground and the subpen airlock pic disappears and is replaced by another pic of the Amargos observation deck... however, in the right hand corner you see a hand pointing upwards and if you invert the colours, you see a face. The hand is distinctly feminine. have a look..

The picture was elsewhere on the Aquapolis site before - the hand belongs to what appears to be a mother pointing something outside the glass out to her son...itīs just a promo pic, meant to show how wonderful this place is.
It seems to be cropped now, which is why you canīt see the boy.
