Wow. Nope, that's a totally different video than the one we had in Season 1...
I... uh... yeah... no clue. That was the first I'd ever seen that video or even that formatting of the videos. Everything about it is completely new.

What I posit as a guess to what is going on is this:

"I need to need this let me want to want" was the t-shirt solve for the Season 1 t-shirt "Crown." In this upcoming clothing season, there's a new version of "Crown," this time in a turtleneck pullover. I'm guessing that they got a new video for that one without changing the actual solve for the code on the shirt. Which, if you ask me, is pretty stupid, because now we can't see the original version from Season 1.

I'm a little miffed - we not only now have a new video and a "solve" that we're probably not supposed to have yet, but we have also lost a part of the game from Season 1. Same code?! SERIOUSLY!? And then they change the movie?! That's just not right

thanks, I got a synopsis for it before... had heard of the original version, but, as a favor, could you list for me all relevant sites so I can stay in the loop and try to help. Just got into the arg thing after lastnight's episode of law and order criminal intent and reading more about stuff like this on wikipedia.

on the new "i need to need...":
The beginning text I've seen for a couple more videos, but the black and white photo scheme is new, however the text under is similar to a couple more videos i've seen from checking out "hang seperately".

There are a couple of videos on hang seperately that have ? next to them. am i missing something or are they not available yet

Ok, self concious me says time to stop writing and give someone a chance to respond, but curious me says... I STILL HAVE QUESTIONS...

1. The ticket Arnold and Jenny talk about: what is it?

2: Madison's family: any background?

3. I can't find the video of Jenny and Sam in the hotel room that I found earlier... Is it not on the list at hangseperately.com? If yes how many others am I missing. Also. Any background on Sam and Jenny's relationship...Just drugs or more serious "behind arnold's back kinda stuff"?

The only other videos we've seen in this style are a couple early Season 2 releases (hats) that were made available around the time of the CSI episode that featured the shirts in October. Season 1's style was sort of similar (slide show/fades/text), but generally different in appearance. That's what scrappy was referring to.

But yeah I echo scrappy's comment - we may have lost access to the season 1 version of that video. Unless it's a mistake and the actual shirt won't have that code? (the alien said hopefully) Once we get the whole story it would be nice to be able to string the videos all together in order.

Mayhaps we need to be pulling copies (host on YouTube or something; I assume the wiki won't support that kind of hosting)? I wonder if they would mind if we did that.

The videos are not coming out in chronological order. We (that's a royal "we" because your link is kinda the Uf wiki for this game, although I hasten to say I cannot take credit for it personally as I only added one thing).. what was I saying? oh yes, "We" have put those videos in what we think is the correct order, so some of the "new" season 2 videos will slide into gaps between season 1 videos. I think. Scrappy can correct me if I have that wrong.

While the edoc folks made the hangseparately forums available, it's a forum for interaction with Lynn, one of the characters, so you don't see much general chatter there. A lot of the backgame can be found here in the forums and in Scrappy's Guide, and the wiki does a great job of organizing and documenting everything that's been found. OK, registered now. Thanks! To answer you're question, the Law and Order was the hook. I feel left behind and I want to make sure that I know everything there is available so... if anyone could help me figure out if the answers to my questions are available already or if we are still waiting.

3. On Sally's website.. Who's trying to kill Jeff? is it related to the religious group "responsible" for the bands demise

4. Sally also mentioned the man with the gun, I don't remember anyone having a gun except arnold.

5. Where should I be looking for new clues, Still the edoc clothing? Hang Separately? a new site?

oops, forgot a question... the names on Sally's site are looking familiar, like the same people are here. what I'm wondering is that it seems like some of them have heard the band, or have seen the members, anywany to listen to the band now, or was there before?

In this case I really will defer to the others, but I'm pretty sure, if you've seen the videos and looked at the sites -- that's it. We don't know either. Much of the story remains to be revealed. And we get more of the story when the rest of the season 2 apparel gets released. In a couple months. Somewhat impatiently.

Unlike some other games, we haven't had much other interaction that has generated more content not captured on one of those resource sites. It's really clothing/code solved/videos/their websites. Oh, and figuring out the historical allusions from the names of the characters. Although I think I recall there was some early content on the band site that disappeared - maybe discussed in the early threads here? But what that means is there really isn't anyplace to go to find more material about the story. There are gaps.

So, scrappy or Shad0 or bwochinski or caspian may be able to provide some more information about one or another of your questions, but in general you've just listed the questions we all hope the next season's videos will answer.

Interesting - the men's shirts are available for purchase (no preview season any more), including the CSI"NY shirts. And some more hats. And some (But not all) of the women's shirts. GUess I need to go shopping too.
