Thnking out loud

Are there angels with those initials?
I'm not Catholic so I don't know the angels.
Using their names and the 6?

Vigenere key: trailoftears (This site guessed the key.)
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the tree had the number six and the letters mr + bg. i said out loud, "six mr and bg.....what does that mean?" at that moment the spirit of a young tongva girl climbed down from the tree top. she laughed and told me the symbols were put there by mary roxbury and bedford grant, two young colonialists who found there way into this sacred land of the gathering waters. the young tongva girl told me this tree was the sacred tongva tree of love and had been for hundreds and hundreds of years. she also said when the two colonialists placed their names on the tree of love a darkness covered the land. they had disrespected the ancient tree of love. i asked her about the number six on the tree. the young tongva girl laughed again and told me, "there are six tongva sacred places along this path that tell the story of the trail of tongva tears. this is number one. you will find five more sacred places if you look in the right place." and then she ran down the path in front of me about 25 steps and then stopped. she called back to me, "mary roxbury and bedford grant are the ones that brought sadness to the land of gathering waters and caused our trail of tears." she began to cry and then disappeared. the path began to glow again and i walked to the place where she spoke of mary roxbury and bedford grant and saw a silver key on the tree stump in front of me. the wind blew all around me and a voice called out to me, "touch this key".

Latest from Mildred. But Driz had already solve the next stop. Trinkets papers are up at Betty's Flickr account.

Good afternoon to you, enaxor.

This trail of tears is proving to be an actual trail of tears for
you Sammeeeees. I wish I could be more help.

Betty has posted the items from Trinkets pink folder on her flickr
account. She must friend you, enaxor. If you are not a friend,
let Betty know and she will make that happen.

I am thinking about this number six and the letters. Maybe the
answer is not as complicated as the movie star names and tree type.
I would attempt a few simpler routes and see what that brings. I
hope this helps. Keep me posted. I can go to Beverly Hills again
this evening if needed.

We will speak again very, very soon.

"Touch this Key."
There's nothing in the source code, that I can see.
Alternate name for the picture is "key".

"Touch this key"

So I "touch" it and all it does is lead me to dalton's flickr page - and everything there is 'private' so there is nothing to see Laughing

Good evening to you, Drizabella.

I will go and take a look tonight if you like. I'm not sure I can
find a key in the dark, though. Perhaps I should go in the
morning? I have a feeling I should go tonight! I will go and take
a walk around. If there is a stump, I should be able to see it
this evening. I'll write to you later. Traffic in Los Angeles is
heavy, so it may be very late before I can post any findings.

We will speak again very soon.

Mildred Harnack

I sent her a link to what the key looks like, and suggested that she bring a flashlight. Smile

Good evening, Heather.

I would guess all the Sammeeeees are sleeping, but just in case I
am writing to tell you we found the key! Well, Betty found the
key! I found the note! You may see the video of our find on my
blogger in a few moments.

Nedd told us the news about Mr. Trumbo's death. We will discuss
this first thing in the morning. Good night.

We will speak in the very near future. Smile

Key was Treeoftears (another vig)

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the moment i touched the key the voice in the wind spoke to me again, "for two years mary roxbury and bedford grant wandered onto this land. when they finally married, they decided they wanted to settle here. the young married couple went to their people and told them of this beautiful place of the gathering waters. they convinced their people this was the place to be. their people soon packed up and moved their wagons east from the seaside to the lush land of the tongva. the tongva were kind to the new settlers. before long mary and bedford grant and their friends began took advantage of the tongva. the settlers cleared roads for their wagons. they built huge houses along the sacred rivers. they planted crops and began to landscape the sacred land. the place of gathering waters grew weary and very sad. the settlers also brought disease. within a year, half of the tongva were gone from the white man's diseases. and if this weren't enough, bedford grant began to have an affair with a young tongva woman named kah-hur'-ahang. this is word translates to great blue heron. the young woman was strong and full of beauty and grace like the great blue heron. bedford and kah-hur'-ahang would meet at the same grove every evening. bedford would leave his house and take a walk. he would find kah-hur'-ahang waiting in the grove. kah-hur'-ahang fell madly in love with handsome bedford. bedford took advantage of her and soon she was pregnant with his child. kah-hur'-ahang went to her mother and told her what had happened. her mother paid a visit to bedford grant. bedford denied he knew the young woman. kah-hur'-ahang's mother went to her daughter and told her the news. kah-hur'-ahang screamed to her mother, "he loves me! you will see! he will be in our grove tonight waiting for me!" the young tongva woman went to the grove that night and waited for bedford but he never came. she waited for bedford every night for 5 nights. bedford never came. the young tongva woman hung herself from a tree in that grove on that 5th night. she was found by her tribe's elder the next morning. the sadness of the tongva land and its people grew even sadder. the tree where kah-hur'-ahang hung herself began to cry and still cries today. it is a sacred place of sadness. walk back to where you once were. search for the tree of tears. the tree will tell you more about mary and bedford grant and the trail of tongva tears. look up to where the tears come from and you will find your way to the next sacred place."

Okay now this IS getting annoying. Why don't we just have Mildred stay out there with a laptop and wi-fi and we'll just keep directing her from place to place? It would be much more efficient that way. This would be cool if it were planned as an in-the-field scavenger hunt for players, but this combination of remote-control Mildred and obscure blogspot names is stretching my patience. [/rantoff]

As per Dante's post I suggested that Mildred stay at or near the park and find a way to upload information to us from there.

Mildred wrote:
I will figure out a way to relay information to you from the

Why Good Shepard Church in the Video

I keep wondering why we are shown that church in the second video from Mildred. The address is 505 Bedford Drive, right?

I remember the trail of star's addresses so tried variations but the variations I tried didn't work as a blogspot.

Just thinking outloud. Maybe it will jog someone else.
