seeing my posts on story developements/speculations being mostly ignored, I'd be thankfull if someone pointed me to the best place (besides IRC) to discuss such matters.

Yeah, it's a pity we "no-solve wonders" can't get a 12 hour head start or something! As it is, the geniuses get there first
I'm not bitter in the least, I'm just joking. As I say, I applaud all of your talents.
[Edit] The board, however, seems to think it's quantity and not quality and has labled me a Veteran. A more apt rank would be "No-solve wonder"

I'm so impressed with everyone who solved this! I gues it makes sense, too, the colors "he" picked. As I was falling asleep last night, I was thinking that assigning 1 - 4 to the colors is kind of arbitrary. It should have been more like "white = 100%" (presence of all color), "black = 0%" (absence of all color), and then the 2 greys are in-between. So, in this case, white is "yes", black is "no", and the greys - maybe they are sort of percentages of either (closer to "yes", closer to "no")?
Great job!

10 Wicked Smaht points for each of you!
Looks like I'm still stuck on 0. But if we're counting in binary, I'm only 2 back!

So did Beth help him? Did she give him access to the big MetaCortex machines? I would assume so as his power of communcation improved as he was able to send her an email in perfect English, using root from her own site.

Good point, in another thread I was having problems placing which even took place first, was it beths pda, or the event with texel? One or both of those events lead to him being able to talk in plain english, but which? ...
