The name we were given is ROUGE moon, not ROGUE moon. Also, would they really make it a private page if this was it?

Her name is Nancy, nickname "Rouge Moon." She only has 18 friends and became a member Nov. 21.

Yikes - I just sent a followup to Rouge with the translation, a brief but careful explanation of things, and mentioned "a friend named Robert disappeared about a week ago". I suppose if she's his daughter that'll strike a nerve...
