Am I on the right track
I hope so

Well I have been rotating it ac and pressing plunger and been keeping the 2 circles on the top while rotating but no luck - am I going badly wrong?

cliveawalsh, how did you get three ball bearings? I've tried dropping mine, hitting it, shaking it, spinning it, and nothing seems to change the sounds I hear inside. Any clues? Even a little one?

cjr22, I will refer you back to my previous comment:

"dominant scientific theory about the origin of the universe"

Darkhuman - mine looks more like a jigsaw puzzle than anything else. I have taken the whole thing apart to see what makes it tick. The engineering is pretty darn neat. I will say that it is not exact as I was able to open mine without having to do any of the clues - there is a member on the ISIS board, smart fellow that he is, that has found 3 ways to open the ISIS (and two are the wrong way)

I am waiting for ISIS 2 right now. I can hardly wait to drop another $200 on a puzzle that I want to throw out the window and have it pop open improperly and not be able to get the reward for since I am in the US and not the UK. It's not a complaint mind you; I am just a really sick person. You just gotta love it!

Okay. So who wants to see a picture of the inside of the ISIS? Do you think it would help? I think you will feel dumb when you see the inner workings of it. It is so simple; yet deliciously evil.

(Since I can't spoiler a pic, you will just have to scroll down to see it if you want to. Women, children and those with weak stomachs may want to shield their eyes and turn back. This could get ugly for me posting this)

My ISIS has always moved turned about 1cm on the golden symbols. I guess that is kinda normal.

Hi all

Not had the ball long, decrypted the clues no prob but struggling with the rest. I think I have the three bearings but not sure if only got two as it does sound louder than it did yesterday.

At one point it all went quiet but as soon as I moved a ring i could hear them again.

Any help or pointers plz
