 		Ok, so the person being referenced in the document, the one born of Sinister Arts is Aleister Crowley.

The one of Sinister Arts shall be born into the Dawn, and his symbol shall be universal. "

Crowley was heavy into the occult. The Dawn that is mentioned is the Order of the Golden Dawn, which Crowley was a part of. The symbol is the UnicursalHexagram.

Yes, and the letters in black over the red are A and E... probably stands for Alexander Edward, Crowley's given names. Wink

ETA:Richie Yurack's son shares the same initials...
