Solved by members of the unfiction forums. Everyone did a fair amount of contributing on that thread (except me, I just posted the thing, they did all the work), good work!

This doesn't include the amount of stuff that happened that hasn't been solved.

 		Is this guide going to be updated anytime soon? Are there other guides in the works? Both Gumpraider's and the cs.uiowa.edu guides are woefully out of date...

Just trying to make sure I stay up to date with info...

 		Can I just suggest that we rename this thread to like "Guide for New Players" or something along those lines? Just based on the amount of overnight newcomers starting new threads and asking for help.
