HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

This thing is driving me crazy! I have cracked all the clues, even on the box. Now im stuck! I cant hear 3 ball bearings and hear I may have to give it a 'BIG BANG'. Is this right as I recieved my ball for my 21st B'Day and dont want to break it if thats what I have to do. Any help would be fantastic. Plus my Aunty has one and I have to open it before she does!! Or some1 just tell me how to open it Wink
