I just signed up for this one and VirtuQuest - because doubling up the first time out is always wise, no? Embarassed

Anyway, I practiced decoding the binary, then the video URL, and got something weird. There was a word in the decoded binary that's missing from the cipher key. My binary decoded to:

Looks like the home page had changed a little bit, adding Roman nuerals to the bottom left:

XIII Janurius MMVII

Which translates to 13 January, 2007

So I guess the game starts then?

When an ARG gets moved to Potentials, or gets its own subforum, is based on how much traffic it has, how complicated the discussion for the game needs to be, etc.

Generally, ARGs get moved to Potentials when the thread gets too long and complicated to follow easily, when there's a need for multiple threads for a game, when players (legitimately Wink

) request it, or for similar reasons.

Just got a picture message to my mobile phone of the Geist style eye with a reflection in the pupil and some letters at the bottom, unfortunately i cannot upload it till i get home so if anyone else can gogogo Laughing

The letters say "Erwin".

When you ring the number you get through to a voicemail which appears to be a lot of noise with repeating tones overlaid, it may be that these tones are representative of numbers but until i get home and can make a recording of it i cant tell. If anyone else fancies making a recording before i get to it that would be cool =)
