The symbol of the Great One and the Symbol of Dark Ritual in concert with one another tells us this is probably a dark spell. Also, at the top is the symbol for physical death. It is used to cause an untimely death, or in divination to see the end of an event.

• Cupressaceae
  The cypress family is a conifer family. Most are evergreen with the leaves persisting 2-10 years, but three genera (Glyptostrobus, Metasequoia, Taxodium) are deciduous or include deciduous species.
  Thuja (pronounced Thuya), is a genus of coniferous trees in the Cupressaceae (cypress family). There are five species in the genus, two native to North America and three from Eastern Asia. They are commonly known as arborvitae (from Latin for tree of life), due to the evergreen foliage. The foliage of thujas is rich in Vitamin C, and was used by Native Americans and early European explorers as a cure for scurvy.
  
  
• Conium Maculatum - Poison Hemlock
  Conium contains the alkaloids Coniine, N-methylconiine, conhydrine, pseudoconhydrine, g-conice�ne and Atropine . The most important and toxic of these is Coniine. Coniine is a neurotoxin, which disrupts the workings of the central nervous system and is toxic to people and all classes of livestock.
  
  All plant parts are poisonous but once the plant is dried, the poison is greatly reduced, however not gone completely. Hemlock is also known as "poison parsley" or "spotted parsley". Poison hemlock has been used as a sedative and for its antispasmodic properties. It was also used by Greek and Arab physicians for a variety of problems, such as arthritis. However, it wasn't always effective as the difference between a therapeutic and a toxic amount is very slight. Overdoses can produce paralysis and loss of speech being followed by depression of the respiratory function and then death.
  
  
• Salvia Officinalis - Common sage
  Thujone is found in a number of plants, such as arborvitae (genus Thuja, hence the derivation of the name), Nootka Cypress, some junipers, mugwort, sage, tansy and wormwood, most notably grand wormwood (Artemisia absinthium). Best known for being a chemical in absinthe, recent tests show absinthe contains only small quantities. In the early 20th century thujone was blamed for the supposed dangerous and even hallucinatory effects of absinthe, however modern studies show these concerns to be unfounded. Thujone acts on the GABA receptors in the brain and does not cause hallucinations.
  
  
• Calendula - (pot marigold)
  It is the flower of the month October. The name Calendula stems from the Latin kalendae, meaning first day of the month, presumably because pot marigolds are in bloom at the start of most months of the year. The ointment of this herb is thought to cure a range of skin problems from burns to acne as it has properties that reduces inflammation, controls bleeding and soothes irritated tissue.
  
  
• Amaranthus - (also called pigweeds)
  Several species are raised for amaranth grain in Asia and the Americas. Amaranth grain is a crop of moderate importance in the Himalaya. It was one of the staple foodstuffs of the Incas, and it is known as kiwicha in the Andes today. It was also used by the ancient Aztecs, who called it huautli, and other Amerindian peoples in Mexico to prepare ritual drinks and foods. To this day, amaranth grains are toasted much like popcorn and mixed with honey or molasses to make a treat called alegr�a (literally "joy" in Mexican Spanish).
  
  Amaranth was used in several Aztec ceremonies, where images of their gods (notably Huitzilopochtli) were made with amaranth mixed with honey. The images were cut to be eaten by the people. This looked like the Christian communion to the Roman Catholic priests, so the cultivation of the grain was forbidden for centuries.
  
  
• Artemisia
  a large, diverse genus of plants with between 200-400 species belonging to the daisy family Asteraceae. Common names include, wormwood, mugwort, sagebrush. Uses are medicinal or for flavoring.
  
  Artemisia absinthium (Absinth Wormwood) was used to repel fleas and moths, and in brewing (wormwood beer, wormwood wine). The aperitif vermouth (derived from the German word Wermut, "wormwood") is a wine flavored with aromatic herbs, but originally with wormwood. The highly potent spirit absinthe, also contains wormwood. Wormwood has been used medicinally as a tonic, stomachic, febrifuge and anthelmintic.
  
  Artemisia arborescens (Tree Wormwood, or Sheeba in Arabic) is a very bitter herb indigenous to the Middle East that is used in tea, usually with mint. It may have some hallucinogenic properties.
  
  Within such religious practicies as Wicca, both Wormwood and Mugwort are believed to have multiple effects on the psychic abilities of the practitioner. Because of the power believed to be inherent in certain herbs of the genus Artemisia, many believers cultivate the plants in a "moon garden".
  
  The beliefs surrounding this genus are founded upon the strong association between the herbs of the genus Artemisia and the moon goddess Artemis, who is believed to hold these powers. She is known also by Diana, Selene, and Pheobe. In Hellenistic culture, Artemis was a goddess of the hunt, and protector of the forest and children.

[14:26] LeHommeSuspendu: I'd be willing to bet it wasn't an accident

[14:27] RichieYurack: Well, it was early morning, the guy who hit him said he hit the brakes and slid across some ice. His ex wife is with him right now.
