[White District] Routine Surveilance [SOLVED]

Sportsplex Construction Site in White District

One of our steely-eyed Defensecorp security men assigned to the construction site of the new Stone-Fox Arena discovered this message and sent it on to be analyzed. It is probably nothing, but we'd like to post someone in data processing to run a scan on the aud-vid feeds as long as we don't waste too much of our time doing it. See if you can crack this and let us know what time we should scan the logs for strange activity.

Got a solve for this puzzle as well.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

Salchow, Axel, Figure and Compulsory all point towards figure skating. Looking on the wiki for "compulsory figures", tells you that the simplest figure is the circle eight. 8 is the answer that worked for me in the solution box.
