intresting code cracking stuff

Just watched the search on channel four and checked out its website, wouldn't advise watching the programme as it is blatantly wrong about most stuff and would annoy most good arg players. However they have a code cracking comp you can enter to win a holiday in egypt on their site which looks like it could be fun, thought i would post it in case anyone wants to check it out

EDIT: Moved to Timewasters. --Phaedra

Okay number 3 is simple. However, the first two still don't make sense. They have changed the first puzzle within the last week btw.

some people on Quest4Treasure are working on it. From what I can tell, it helps to have watched the programme before you can solve the first clue -- plus, they have a typo in the grid.
