However, I don't think there's really much to it. Looks like just an image for now.

Also, I agree with Apocrypha--there's a chance there are clues hidden in the merchandise.

ilovebees was an ARG created to advertise Halo 2. It features the page you see there, with lots of strange code and weird things happening in it. Part of the game was deciphering co-ordinates, dates and times, which all related to public phones across the world, which would ring at pre-determined times.

If you picked up the phone, you would hear a fragment of a message, which would then be unlocked on the website for everyone to hear. If nobody picked the phone up, the message remained locked until the next time window, when it would ring again.

It was a very complex and messy affair, but is one of the most well known and popular ARG's. ilovebeef is just a parody of that game, and I don't believe there is any real significance to its appearance, other than for our own amusement.
