Another Look at Image

The only problem with the completed image is that I can't see how many feathers have been docked. Like I said, there is a reason for them - whether the total number equals 64 for the processor, I don't know. But with the feathers signifying obedience - and processors do just that, perhaps this is a good indication that the shield is for Microsoft Vista and the feathers for AMD 64. I'm pretty positive that the feathers undocked should add up to it.

Or then again, as my mind wanders, perhaps the feather numbers are for the GPS location approx for where Loki's vanishing point it? That is probably stretching it though, but thinking outside the box. You won't know exactly her location until the final puzzles revealing the total amount of docked feathers (the black spaces).

But - if I had to put my guess - I would definitely say the shield is for Microsoft Vista and the feathers for AMD.

For some reason the white box in posters keeps coming back, so I'm stuck on 17/36. I can click on it, it disappears, but when I go back in it's returned! Anyone else had this? I've tried logging out and back in, still no joy.

EDIT: Embarassed having gone back through all the puzzles I picked up I had missed the box in Gears (Wk 1). It seems you need to click on it before the gears come up, rather than after. The white box still keeps coming back in Posters though.

yes, exactly...this has happened to me over and over, same box, same puzzle. i keep trying different things to get it to work, to no avail. i've tried logging out and logging back in. I've tried all the suggestions for the similar glitches. None of it works.

But what Alasdair is saying is that he got credit for the one on Posters, even though it kept coming back. That wasn't the one he was missing. It turns out he had missed another one. So check all the other ones.

See the Logo

You know what? This looks very familiar to something else Smile

If you remember from Vegas...

"Let's make some waves".
She gestures. The water goes out on either side like feathers in the picture. The lines around the anchor are the waves that appear around her.

She is the anchor....but what does it mean?

That is the direct projector light you see....nothing else, just the angle of the picture. Wink

No not the projector. The circle and the middle image that echoes (OK not closely, but still) the symbols we're getting from the white boxes.

Blazen Vs. Device
Blazen Vs. Device

I'm new here, but thought I would give 2 cents worth that may help.

A device is a graphical thing - it was the picture that was painted on a shield in battle to let others know who you where.

A blazen is a text thing - it describes what your device looks like.

I have many links on devices / blazens and that type of thing.

intense Smile

here are the whiteboxes in the predicted shape.
NOTE a problem though - some of the box patterns don't match exactly with those around it (or any, given the assumed design), while most others are a perfect match.

Most blatantly, column 1 row 5. The only place it would seem to fit would be the 2nd column, but there's only one vertical bar spot and it's used. So this is odd...

It's barely noticeable, but it's in the middle left edge of the border of the submission box... only found it from mousing over it and clicking. Confused

Did anyone else see the word "OTHER" appear in large letters in the top right of the website after they clicked the white square for the Speakeasy puzzle?

It's the first and only time anything has happened for me when I click a square (besides the count going up)...
