Yes, I think so, considering that Beth confirmed that James Avery was indeed heismissing and that Lynne Avery (his ex-wife) was sheismissing.

2) Can we be sure that Wongmo is Fiona Leiphe and Dr. Leo Kane?

3) Who is Ryan Emerson? I know that he is probably Ethan but I searched in the blogs and in Murpha.com and no word about Ryan. Is the name Ryan is in the Emerson CD?

Miss Kinross is the real name of Texel, one of the paintover hackers; she's also the girl that AI Man rescued from the whomp.

5) I know that USH is a fake site, but is it really hosting the game's sites?
Not that I'm aware of; but, if they were, it would kind of blow wide open the whole suspension of disbelief thing, so I doubt they would be.

6) I heard that Sylvie can be Dina, but I didn't found nothing about her in the blogs. So who is Slvie?
This was some spec. that Sylvia might be Caesar's mother; although now, as a result of Beth's conversation last night, I'm inclined to believe that Lynne Avery is his biological mother. (I'm basing that on my interpretation of Beth's response to that particular questioning). Anyway, you should also note the potential connection with the Syliva files posted on paintover; it seems that Caesar might have known of Sylvia/Dina in her past life/memories. As to who she really is? Well, she's trying to figure out that answer to!

7) Who is Todd Roger?
I think you mean Todd Rogan, the guy Ethan ran into and who directed him towards finding out further information as to his true identity

Sorry about that Bamba-man, I misread your question! In-game, yes they are hosting the websites: Metacortechs, paintover, etc.; out-of-game, I believe it's a web hosting company called godaddy or something like that (which is apparently a very small operation). So ignore my first answer, and take with a pinch of salt my second!

I doubt the two people (Jesse and Lynne) are actually related in real life; they're probably just actors hired by the PM's, or possibly even stock photos found somewhere. So any similarities we might see in their features are probably skewed since we want to believe that they are related.

Yes, we can we be sure that s/heismissing are James and Lynne Avery because Beth confirmed it for us last night. Some of the other ARG'ers asked her outright if s/heismissing were James Avery and Lynne and Beth said that yes, they were.

Well, that's definitely there, not just in your mind
I think it's as believable as Beth is trustworthy, though. To be verified, I'm afraid. By this I mean that until the game is over and solved beyond any doubt, it can always turn out that there are more characters who are not quite what they seem to be, or whose memories have been tampered with.
