I added the underlines to match the underlining that was in the email. The underlined letters spell "flow."

 		random thoughts on the riddlyness:

dark blue ceiling above my head = the sky in evening
gathering gloom = twilight

with the rest makes me think of a grave for some reason.

Shocked That was it? Nah come on... he asked "Do you know who I am?" Maybe someone should reply "Gene Homicki" as that's the guy that owns iflow.com and has a thing for games if google has any say about it.

 		If you do a whois search it gives you a bunch of information on who registered the site, addresses, email, etc.
