Any ideas on the numbers/letters in the URL? I tried switching them all to alpha (dhgagega), nada, then rot'd that, nada. hmmm... where'd they get those numbers?

On 9thwonders board there was a post stating that the numbers where HEX code, and when converted into BINARY code and then converted into letters, spelled out HANA. So someone is putting some thought into some of the things in this. Just a thought, what if the numbers and letters after their intials are hex code? If we they use the same logic what would the passwords be? Anyone good at HEX code?

And so it does...
48616e61 converts to 01001000011000010110111001100001 in binary. Then that binary translates to Hana. unfiction.com/resources for the online tools.

Beat me to it equi_design.

While we're on the topic, whats the deal with the samantha part of the URL. I haven't gotten a chance to read the comics yet, so it might be a dumb question.

god, I guess I can help here. Its alot easier to covert text to Hex then decoding without knowing what you are looking for. I am guessing from this last show the Invisable guy will be the other file

I will figure out what his name turns into in Hex

Here is what I have for his name in Hex:

43 6c 61 75 64 65 20 (didn't spoil because not sure if it means anything)

I think we need to go from the name to binary then to hex, but I may be wrong

Hana/Wireless' new assumed identity is Samantha (mentioned in the graphic novels).

I don't think the other logins are in hex due to the other letters. Here's a chart of ASCII, Hex, Dec numbers/letters. http://www.asciitable.com/ Notice how hex only goes up to 7F.

In Hana's comic at the very end it says she took the name Samantha and was searching for more information about H.R.G.

No dumb questions, just dumb people.

It doesn't matter. If you go from ASCII to Hex it is the same as going Binary then Hex.

The others don't seem to convert to anything

Just messing with some of the resources. Take a look at this:

a11xhgGH
uz18heGG
271xSLC
b41ztnST

Can anyone leetspeak this out?

I think the seond could say: you the one ate he
or: your the one who ate him? That would be sylars pass backwards

the last could be: before one(s) something.

I am not good with leetspeak, so I need help with this. It's just another theory I have been trying to work on to determine the passwords.

I doubt it is l33T. Basic l33t uses numbers that look similar to letters to fill in some letters.

Interesting things from the MAP

Has anyone looked into these links on the map yet? I have been trying to see what they may lead too, but I haven't come up with anything yet. The only thing I notice is that they both use GCA. It may be nothing, but it may lead to something down the road.

Quite Possible, Doctor Suresh (Mohinder's Daddy) was supposed to have found them through a Genome Project. So I'm supposing those are Genome sequences? Or at least the flags for the various "Special" Genomes.

I posted a reply yet it's not showing up?????????

O...k....

GTAC stands for the four protein bases used in DNA Sequencing... (and in a certain order...)

http://seqcore.brcf.med.umich.edu/doc/educ/dnapr/sequencing.html

The four bases are adenine, guanine, cytosine, and thymine, represented as AGCT.
