I also tried 'Communism' for the first one, but only tried one combo.

I think number 7 is Catholicism EDIT: Additional info to support this supposition is the "ouncil" followed by "rent"--I believe this refers to the Council of Trent, which was considered the most important council ever convened by the Catholic church, at least according to wikipedia.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Council_of_Trent
I also meant to mention that the "iaconate" refers to the word "diaconate" which is the way of life, service and ministry of a deacon.
END EDIT
I'm pretty sure that the last entry is Roman Catholism, or Catholic, or Roman Catholic, or whatever. If you look a the wikipedia page for Catholic, it tells you that Theodosius made Roman Catholicism the official religion, and considered any other form of Christianity heretical.
For the Unification Church, it looks like they also changed their name to Famiy Federation for World Peace and Unification--great, another permutation to try.
Number 2 is definitely Digambar or Digambara. The text on the image is a direct quote about how the Digambar followers differ from the other sect of Jainism because they are nude and consider that they are not unclothed because they are wearing the environment. Those last three words are in the text on the photo.
In addition, I've managed to gather some more info on a few other permutations that have been tried.
Juche
Digambar
Mennonite
Chen Tao
Family Federation for World Peach and Unification

That last entry was tried because the Holy Faith United Church info said that their religion included aspects of Christianity, Islam, and Judaism. It would be extremely annoying if that is the answer for that part of the puzzle, and I have my fireplace poker ready in case that is the real answer...

Answer 6 Sorry All,
Just wanted to add the explantion in respect of my answer for Sample 6.
I agree with what was said earlier about the schoolhouse, but the "upper room" reference is specific to when the apostles "received" the holy spirit, at the christian time of year called ..... yes, you guessed it Pentecost!!

hey guys,
I just want to say thank you all for your continued attempts to figure out this puzzle. You have obviously spent a ton of time/energy/number of credits on this.
Thanks.

The Dogma Puzzle--at the forums If I get a spanking, EVERYONE gets one I just posted a spoiler on the Dogma forum. I made an appeal to all of the players to help on this one. I also included a spanking at the end for the PMs. They've been giving me a rough time about not playing the game as though it is real, so I gave them a rough time about if this were real, then they should be letting us know which answers are correct and which are not; if their world were really in danger, I very much doubt that they would be so miserly about helping us.
Hey, if you want to play for keeps, bring it on. I'll pit my brain against theirs any day!
Probably not against yours, though. You all continue to impress.

How this helps... i'm not sure - I havent participated in the game so far but I was inspired to read through the posts as it's an interesting one... right, if there's a clue in the picture, do you think it might be binary from the windows in the buildings in the background?... like they did on the Perplex City Postcard a long time ago?
Just thought i'd put it forward just incase.

I'm trying -isms in the appropriate ones now, so i tried:
Juche
Digambar
Mennonism/Mennonite
Chen Tao
Unificationism (a little bit of extra info: although the church was renamed to that awfully long name, they still call the faith Unificationism)
Pentecostalism
Roman Catholicism/Catholicism
None of the four combinations worked.

I still think it's Jainism rather than Digambar, but it didn't do any wonders for me =P

I'm pretty sure 3 of those are the test solves. All of the tasks have at least 3 solves, including the ones we haven't cracked. The fourth solve on this, though, I have no idea. Perhaps that MannyReasons guy, who claims to have solved it and Composure. I can only assume he's a green, which is why Composure still has only 3 solves.
