[PUZZLE?] I have some information for you
Mysterious puzzle in the White District

There's a new puzzle listed in the Temporal Intelligence Building area of the White District. It seems to be more of a cryptic message than a standard puzzle though.

It's listed as 'I have some information for you' (0 credits) but it isn't actualy a solvable puzzle. When you click on the link you get the following message:

Quote:
I have some information for you

If you wish to discover the truth about Chris and Cfreak, do the following: After the 2 elevens find the judge. There you will receive further instructions.

The puzzle architect is 'V for Veidrick'. Oh, and I've got green karma and didn't have any problem accessing this so I think it's a message for everyone, not just the reds.

The two elevens is obviously 11:11. And today's the 11th. It's like last November all over again!

As for "the judge" I have no idea.
EDIT: Doubt it's this judge though. But you never know!

You guys know the city better than me. Is there anywhere that's been mentioned as a law enforcement office or anything in the past? Like a courthouse or something? I'm just thinking of places we can access through the interface where they might leave a message . . . too obvious?

remember, Chris has access to the system, and can change things. He may be preparing to change the post about the removed judge, and put a message in there.

As for places where a message might be left, there's the Judge article Agent Lex mentioned, Central Processing which manages criminal data and background checks, and then there's the Public Services Building.

As the linked article mentions, however, the last judge just recently lost his job, so there IS no real court system in Deus City.

Or it might not be Chris at all Wink

Whoever it is, though, can definitely change things. I mean, they put that task there for one thing. I'll be watching the judge article this evening (UK time Razz).

btw, what is server time for Deus City?

I know it's US based, but that could mean a lot of things.

I believe it's CST (GMT-6). At least for the first part of the game, based in Texas, it was.

EDIT: Made a post to test. Yep, it's CST.

It occurs to me that it's possible that this puzzle and the 'slewth puzzle' are the same. Maybe we would benefit by combining the information.
