 		Sorry for the accusations >.> ... <.< Sometimes I can be a bit paranoid. At any rate, this definitely confirms, at the very least, that the person who is making these is at the very least reading this forum. Anyways...

Yellowknife? Alaska? ... Alaska, Wyoming... Whenever a location is mentioned, it always seems to be in a sparsely populated area. Did the YouTube video have a location associated with it?

I'm out of ideas as to where to go with this... Is is possible the text in the videos are anagrams of some sort? Anyone try scrambling around the letters? My gut wants to rule out a viral for some show or movie, and based on the forum post I'm trying to decide if 1) It really is part of an ARG or 2) It's just someone messing with us.

EDIT: I take past the part about it not being a viral. I looked at the Snopes thread, and someone mentioned that it might be a viral for The Ring Three coming out next year... Would certianly explain the frequency of the number 3.

The Wyoming Incident (or The Wyoming Hijacking) is a lesser known case of television broadcast hijacking/hacking. A hacker managed to interrupt broadcasts from a local programming channel (believed to serve several smaller communities in the county of Niobrara) and aired his/her own video. The video contained numerous clips of disembodied, human heads showing various emotions and "poses". The camera position changed often (usually every ten-to-fifteen seconds) and the video was often interrupted by a "SPECIAL PRESENTATION" announcement. This clip is taken from one of these intervals.

The video is mostly locally well-known, and would probably not even be that popular if it were not for the effects it had on the few residents who watched it for an extended period of time. Complaints included vomiting, hallucinations, headaches, etc. While some believed it was paranormal, specialists have determined that the cause of these afflictions were frequencies played regularly throughout the broadcast. In this clip, the frequency being played is somewhere between 17 and 19 hz. This range of frequency, when played for long periods of time, causes the eyes to subtly vibrate, sometimes inducing visual hallucinations.

This video is significant in that is one of the most recent television hijackings. Such actions were rare even in the '80s (search for Chicago Max Headroom Incident) and are even more rare today. The hacker has not yet been caught, and all attempts to trace the video have proven futile.

Not sure to see who posts videos on google, but the 2nd youtube video was posted by GiveMeANumber, did the person who sent him a message get a response yet? Only info on there is stuff about wrestling and he works at CVS.

So that about sums up my knowledge. Not any theories or anything, I just don't think there is enough to really do anything at this point. Some of the more experienced folk might have a better idea of what to do at this point.

I make this list, not to state the obvious, but more so that anyone who can add to it or anything else can do so. I've got so much running around in my haed with this that I need to prganize it somehow. The organic nature of my thought process doesn't jibe with doing that, but somtimes, structure must be made. The third video is also longer, 50 seconds as opposed to 48, and 47 seconds for the Google and YouTube vids respectively. This may be nothing, but maybe there is a 49? A third in a series of 4 or more.

That's all I've got for now... Maybe I'll think of something else later.

As an aside, I'd never heard of ARGs or anything of this type before seeing and exploring the meaning of these clips. I've got to say, this is an incredible community that you all have built here. I know that it may sound like obsequious praise, but it really is amazing.

Also, to those that urge others to explore the mundane and push understanding of the unintelligble, thanks. I knew I wasn't the only one. I just never thought there were so many to be found in one place.

I'd love to, but how can we get video off YouTube to edit the piece together properly? I've got the two from Google. Can anyone get the third?

 		smith just gave me an idea that 333 can have some connection to Bible? I tried to dearch 333 and 3:33 there, and nothing.. also, i tried chapters bignning with D (third letter), and third verse there, but nothing meaningable..

Ok. Edited.

About the film. It plays... Sorta. I used a shareware editing program to put this all together, and there is a tiny gap at 50 seconds. This affected playback in VLC but not in quicktime. With VLC you have to click in the playback bar to get the film to display again. Or you can pause the film, go to the video pulldown menu and reselect track 1 as the displayed image, and then continue viewing. It didn't seem to be a problem at the edit between the second and third clips. I've arranged them in the film in order of posting on the internet as shown by dates at Google and Youtube.

As all the films were most easily converted to a .mp4 format after download so the final product is a .mov instead of an .avi or something more compatable with PC. (I'm a mac user.) So some of you may have to bite the bullet and get a copy of Quicktime or VLC to play it. I don't think it will play in WMV, but I don't have a PC native version so I don't know what it'll do on a Windows machine.

As soon as I have a putfile link available I'll post it. Shouldn't be more than about 10 min from now but it'll depend on upload times, as well as finding a place... etc... etc...

To the maker of these films. (Again, it wasn't me...) If you feel that doing this violates your CreativeCommons copyright implied by Youtube/Google let me know and I'll pull the vids. I'm a big believer in creative licencing, but I promise that I've not changed the content in any way, and that all rights belong to the creator as a result. It's a good faith kinda thing, and I don't want to step on your toes.

I'm in this for the long haul, as some have said, so I'll definetly be checking here again if you need to contact me regarding any copyright issues.
