umm... i disagree.

He barely gave us anything to go on. There's not enough information, no instructions, nothing really that would help us help him. Just a bunch of cryptic stuff.

I think if it's not a site crash, then he's just given up. However, the fact that all of the sites are down, with nothing explaining what happened, i think he may have messed something up or something. Might need to rebuild the site.

But hey, who knows.
