I got the second one as well:
finding regaining or saving something formerly lost
EDIT:
Well, I have a screenshot.
EDIT AGAIN:
Looks like thebruce has a screenshot as well.
Anyway, it looks like there is some sort of object that may need to be found.

this is actually pretty fun...
wiki page is updated. Just the two puzzles have come in so far to Derek?
If we had some clue as to what to do with possible answers to the clues, that would be nice... is there anything else in the envelopes that might hint at that?

Hi everyone! I'm very excited about the screening I am hosting tonight, co-sponsored by Magnolia Pictures and Helio, at 8:00 PM in New York City.
Since it's already been noted that Helio is getting a lot of plugs and is some manner of sponser for this, perhaps we may eventual get gps cooridinates or the like and have to go retrieve something from that location? I know the Helio phone (yeah yeah, don't call it a phone, don't call us a phone company...whatever!) has that capability from the commercials they've had out.

Derek has posted a new 5 per puzzle . I've attached a quick transcription of it (not guaranteed to be error free).

As in, Wholesale?
Where Retail serves a consumer.
Edit: Whoops! I didn't realize it'd be so literal.

franchise = a business established or operated under an authorization to sell or distribute a company's goods or services in a particular area
firm = members of a business organization that owns or operates one or more establishments
conglomerate = a group of diverse companies under common ownership and run as a single organization
agency = a business that serves other businesses
Edit:
My first impression was: Derek took something (whether he knew it was important or not) The artifact and this Agency is now going through lengths to recover it.

Although I like agency better as a solution, I wonder whether firm could relate to TH_S_ACKF_RM

You know this "agency" "recover " of "artifacts' reminds me of The Art of the Heist where the Last Resort Retrievers were detectives who found stolen art. Maybe we should look for a similar sort of firm here to help us find whatever is missing?
