Just as a general guideline, there is no need to spoiler-ify failed solves. For an awesomely awesome thread on the mystifying issue of "when to use spoilers", check out this thread.

It should make checking what's already been tried easier.

Thanks for the tip. I sent an email to Enoch (since the Keys of Enoch or Enochian keys seemed a good tip.) Got a reply,
"I am here to let you in on a little advice.... Enoch does not have key in the name or is a key for that matter. I have not found the answer out either but when I do I will help spread the news."

So I think that's a dead end. Ah well, my moment of triumph, dashed on the rocks of reality. Wasted a guess on passkey, turnkey, mokey, key of peace but don't have enough cred left to try the other alternatives for the peacekey. And realized I didn't cap mokey, so hopefully capitalization doesn't count.

I've had a reply from Ariana and thought I'd share since this one is so tricky . . .

Quote:
Phoenix,
You are the first person to seek my assistance. So far only you and one other fellow green have noticed my success with the keys, and for that I will share a bit of insight that can help, but not reveal all. The keys are found within Deus City, among the tasks and news articles. Note: the actual keys themselves are more important than the places where they are found. Beyond that further clarification might give away too much for now. You will need access to both grey and white districts to get to all four so how you get in I leave up to you. Let me know if you need additional help.
Ariana

This is basically a clue along the same lines as the clues we've been given before . . . look through the tasks and news articles. I don't know what the 'actual keys are more important than the places they are found' thing means . . .

Well . . . maybe this'll jog someone's thoughts. I'm about ready to just start killing people. Aaaaaaaaargh, quite frankly.

I got a bit more information from our "friend." I can confirm it has only to do with tasks in the grey and white district and news items. We are to "look closely at each key we find." (Something in the image?)
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
"You are on the right track with peace and both grey and white districts. The keys you seek are found there."

My 0.02$ - it may not be names of the tasks but four physical keys we have to find, and their names may be in the pictures. Or the pictures are the key to the keys.

Hope this helps. Me, I'm confuzzled.

Perhaps it's referring to what the keys WERE? For instance, with the Passkey Puzzle in the white district, the "key" was "ARROW".

For the Turnkey Puzzle the "key" was "Sportsplex Construction Site" (for the good answer) or "White District" (for the bad answer)

Thus, what the key was is more important than where it was found...? Maybe we need to write Mokey to find out what his/her key is.

As for Peace, your guess is as good as mine.

Tried it with

Mokey, ARROW, Sportsplex Construction Site, Supreme Neutrality

and

MickeyFinn, ARROW, Sportsplex Construction Site, Supreme Neutrality. Neither worked.

A character's name is NOT one of the answers by the way....

I've been going through all the newsarticles, looking for any references for keys. I know that most of us have already done this, but I figured that I'd list them. Hopefully it will give someone an idea.

1. You've Got Mail?
Wednesday, Jan 28, 2037
"Imagine if you will that we discovered the key to all life - say the cure to hypercancer - was available from a genetically untampered child, but that that same child was doomed to be blind and live out their existence with the disease.

2. Government District Losing Face?
Wednesday, Jan 21, 2037
"The key to rooting it out is with Transcorp Security and The Temporal Agents of the TIA."

3. Prayer Vigil Announced
Sunday, Feb 01, 2037
The vigil is expected to last until the order - which is listening intently and patiently for words from the key figure of the book of Guardian Text - hears either yea or nay from the one they claim to have contacted regarding his messianic status.

4. Also, the ad for the monroe calculator mentions keys.

5. I didn't add the Supreme Neutrality Act, because we've already been talking about it.

My money is on the "Key figure" aka the Guardian AKA VN. Cause that's just the bomb-diggity, and makes PERFECT sense considering it's a Brotherhood task. I'll ask my contacts on Wednesday, as I've pestered them enough today.

But I have a feeling this task is going to require specific wording that may take a few guesses, even when we know we've got the right answers.

I'd be so much easier if Ariana would just share the solve with us.
I can't see what tasks she has solved, but even if she doesn't post here, I'd suspect she skims the threads and grab solves from here to tasks she hasn't solved herself. There's a name for that pattern of action but I won't write it here. I could be wrong after all...

Just off the top of my head, and not making any attempt to locate her, my guess is Ariana is "one of them."

If Ariana is "one of them", it was only recently--she is the one who solved one of the more troublesome Adam Brackin "Location" puzzles earlier on.

That really annoying puzzle forLocation Seven, to be specific.

In a way, I guess she and some others are playing middle of the road. We've had several discussions about choosing sides - you are either on Foo's side or Brackin's side. We even have a "those who think they're BOTH nuts" side. Maybe she represents yet a fourth side - the Lone Wolf so to speak. The one who goes it alone no matter what.
