[360] Halo 3 Beta Test Creating a list of Halo 3 Beta Testers If you got into the Halo 3 Beta testing then post your gamertags here.
I have not gotten an Beta Invite yet, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
FYI if you are trying to register for Phase 2 (Rule of 3), and you are accessing www.Halo3.com using Firefox, the registration page will not come up correctly. Use I.E. and after clicking on the "more info" cloud, it will take you to the registration page.
Regards,
Grifter7

I'm in. I have yet to receive further instructions, discs, NDA's, etc., but I have the golden confirmation e-mail.
Handle's same here as there. I'll likely be using someone else's system (since the money for a 360 is currently going towards keeping my apartment's heat above the negative numbers outside [EXPLETIVE] it's cold), so I'll be making scheduling arrangements and such, but look for me in afternoons or evenings once this gets going.

Do the rule of three emails state anything in the way of an NDA?

Nope, and as just about everyone should know by now beta participants will not have to sign NDAs. If you have not read about it you can check it out here .

If anyone happens to get crackdown who has the halo 3 beta send me the code for your crackdown h3 beta card. I would like to help bungie in any way I can by being part of the beta and trying to find the bugs. This is in no way me wanting to play the game early...
You can pm me the code or msg me through live. thx

You do know that you need the Crackdown disc to not only download the beta but play it as well. The beta won't work without Crackdown in your disc tray. Also there is no code, you put the disc in, go to downloads in the Crackdown menu (when the beta is out), download the beta through Crackdown, and finally enjoy.

Fortunately, the game is getting good reviews so there will probably be people who only want crackdown, but not h3 and so you can pick up the disc used before the beta begins (and some unannounced future date)

I picked up crackdown and with it, the halo 3 beta key, so I will be in the thick of it.

I was tempted... I was in Best Buy... It was there... $59.99 (CAD), next to Fuzion Frenzy 2 for the same price, which I'm also wanting. But I decided to save the $. I don't particularly care for Crackdown, and $60 for the beta is just a bit much when I'd rather experience the entire game for the first time at launch
But no FF2 either. I'll wait on that one... why does it have to be full price? geesh!

I bought an invite for $60 too. Thankfully Microsoft included a pretty cool full game with it

Crackdown is amusing in itself, I give it that.
I only have one real gripe, and it's kind of meh, and that is that I would like to be able to switch my Precision Targeting targets by moving the Right thumbstick around, instead of praying that the game guesses my intended victim correctly.
