PXC Party on 24th Feb (London) - who's going? So who's going to the party at the Gherkin on Saturday? One of the reasons I'm asking is that I live in Bristol, and hope to travel across to London to go to the party. However, this means that I'll need to stay the night, and rather than staying in a hotel, I was wondering if any hospitable London-based PXCers would have a bit of spare floorspace for a fellow player? I would be happy to provide some beer, wine, etc as a thankyou.
If there is some kind soul out there able to help, please could you email me at owellssplat theiet.org?
Many thanks in advance,
Wyllo / Olly Wells.

If I am going (still not certain) I'm currently in the same situation as you, thinking I might have to leave quite early on sat to get home though, not stay in london .

I replied to your post in the other thread that Guy had posted on the other forums that anyone who had applied had been accepted but it would have been nice to have either an email reply or an official uf reply.
I don't know whether there will be a list of names on the door, whether we will need tickets or whether all comers will be admitted. Don't want to make the 510 mile round trip only to end up stood outside all night!

i'm sure it will be fine, Its a large venue, but so long as you've rsvp'd, theres no need to worry. For PCAG in London, when it was all full, they made an announcement. The more the merrier! Come along
Also, i'm coming from a few hundred miles too, so you'll have company if stranded outside

For those of you who can't make it, I'll be photo-blogging on the night until my fingers can no longer operate the tiny buttons. I'm hoping that'll be after 19:30 GMT, but I can't promise. If you put on cheesy music, drink a lot and dance in your kitchen, then vicarious pleasure can be yours. Blog here: http://liberperplexus.blogspot.com/

I'll also take a camera along to the evening. I hope not to be blotto'd quite so quickly as Mikey, so perhaps there will be later photos from myself.
