[TOOLS] useful stuff

I have seen a lot of new people join this "game" recently so I thought it would be useful to have a list of resources to help you along if you are just starting out or confused about anything.

Reference Sites.

ninwiki - A wiki set up for the "Year Zero" ARG.
symphonyofnoise - From the NIN inspired website, A very nice & stylish list of in game sites including downloads of the released audio/visual stuff.
echoingthesound - Very active NIN/Tool forum with a dedicated "Year Zero" subforum.
theninhotline - General NIN news page including updates with "Year Zero".
NetNinja - Archive of everything YearZero brought to you by BrianEnigma

Tools

winamp - Winamp plugin that lets you "see" your music files. Used to find hidden messages in the music.
visualizationsoftware - Standalone Spectrogram software. *Only usable with .wav files.
thinkarg - Very useful page cleanup tool from Chippy. Used to get rid of the overlapping text making the pages readable.

Chat

mIRC - IRC program.
